Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via tom@lawi-sport.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
Return exceptions
State here the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Also clearly state in the article itself that it cannot be returned for the consumer ordered. Note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
A. With sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned;
B. that have been established by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
C. that are clearly personal in nature;
D. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
E. that can spoil or age quickly;
F. whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
G. for individual newspapers and magazines;
H. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer is the has broken the seal.

Warranty and complaint Basic principles:
A 24-month warranty applies to all goods purchased by us.
if the customer finds a defect in the newly purchased goods, the goods are replaced by a new one.
complaints about goods damaged by their own fault (self-supporting, tissue damaged by velcro) cannot be recognized.
in case the customer breaks the zipper in one of our clothes, we will arrange his replacement if part of the sweater pair becomes part of the customer, we will also repair it if the customer chooses goods in the wrong size, it is of course possible to replace it with the correct size (goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging) Every customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after delivery.
The goods must return the unused original undamaged packaging together with the invoice or another tax document. The money for the goods is returned to his account. In the case of personal delivery to a branch, payment can be made in cash.
Return shipping costs do not include shipping costs. Claims can only be claimed for clothing that has been delivered to Lawi Sports s.r.o. clean, unused (possibly washed) together with an invoice or other tax document. In the case of dirty clothing, we have the right to refuse the claim.
